Can't attach file

I'm having trouble attaching files to posts again.

I was trying to attach the admirals log to a replay post and it said failed, when i tried a second time it attached but the file opened up empty.

i'll try attach to this post and see what happens.

i tried, and it kept rejecting it saying it couldnt be attached. it seemed to be a generic error message.
