Moving News to top of forum

Currently the news section is located at the bottom of the forum. This leads to it being overlooked easily.
The news section should be on top of the forum in my honest opinion.

Also useful, but since the news is not updated on a daily basis the forum is usually the first place people go.
Hence i think a news section on top of the forum is beneficial for everyone.

I think it might be better if the news and the recent threads were at the top, above the info slide show, but for now, maybe a (new) icon could appear above or around the news tab?
