Hey guys, i am having issues with my mic, (and tunngle but thats a different story)

So i was having issues with tunngle, so i went threw the process of downloading re downloading, restarting etc etc, to no avail, and it was sometime after this, idk if it was directly or not, or even related to this tunngle stuff, but its not working

Ive been threw teamspeak, trying to change setting to no avail, i tried the setup wizard i tried the voice test, and i couldnt get it to work, idk whats wrong with it, it could be dead, but its not like it was dieing out..... so if anyone has any ideas and or suggestions that would be great...

And if not, if anyone has suggestions for a new mic..... well that would probably be nice too.

Thanks, ray 320

Buy one that's not a zombiefied mouthpiece of a 5-year-old walkie talkie.

Not joking here, kids.  That is what Ray's mic is.  The guts of a 5-year-old Walkie-Talkie.

Allow me to introduce you to an old friend:  EBAY!  :woot:

Is it muted (either in software or hardware)? I spent some time on TS wondering why everyone was ignoring me - then I found out my headset had a mute button.

Make sure TS is using that as the capture device in settings, but I guess you already tried that. Have you tried using it outside of TS?

are u sure it's plugged in? :D

There are several software issues that could cause it not to work in a program. Use windows' sound control panel to see if it is working.

Anyway i used a cheap 2 quid mic for  ages, it did the job.
