Due to the MySQL service crash and the failed attempt to restart it, the TCR website will be taken offline for several hours on Sunday, December 19, 2010 in an attempt to repair the problem.

EDIT 20December2010:
Please do not reply to this thread.

My website is back up.  Although there is no dynamic content yet.

Can we have dynamic dancing TOS redshirts in the miniskirt uniform ?

I believe that belongs in the category of inappropriate images.  Not allowed on my site.

By dynamic content, I mean content that is based on PHP and MySQL scripts.  Not animations.

How's that 'inappropriate'?

With a very strict policy on what is or is not appropriate attire.

ar·bi·trar·y  (ärb-trr)
adj.
1. Determined by chance, whim, or impulse, and not by necessity, reason, or principle: stopped at the first motel we passed, an arbitrary choice.
2. Based on or subject to individual judgment or preference: The diet imposes overall calorie limits, but daily menus are arbitrary.
3. Established by a court or judge rather than by a specific law or statute: an arbitrary penalty.
4. Not limited by law; despotic: the arbitrary rule of a dictator.

You concept of 'inappropriate' is worse than a moral guardians! And they're the people that take blood out of zombie games...

Quickest derailment I've seen so far...

I must say, this site has the loosest rules on what is posted in a thread.  I'm sure other sites would lock this topic right at reply number 9.  And/or delete reply 3 and every reply afterwards that was irrelevant to the topic.

I should have requested no replies to this thread, which I just did.

this thread is in the small talk forum, ie stuff doesnt have to be on topic.

if u dont want people replying to what u say then post on a blog instead of a forum, forums are for talking.

Indeed. Forums are for talking. If you don't want responses, why don't you just put the info on your page, instead of a forum?

This notice was because my website was offline due to a serious malfunction.  There was no where for me to put it except here.  This site does not have a blog to put this in.
