AI not firing

just played an instant action, borg vs borg.

i noticed that at one point that the ai sent some assims into my base, my assim matrix was at full health and was upgraded so i wasnt particularly worried, but the ai decided it wasnt going to shoot at me, its ships just circled my base a little then flew off as i was shooting them all along. it was weird, anyone else seen this?

I've seen the AI borg do some really wired things.  it can amass a huge fleet of cubes and dimonds and just go hide in a corner, and, like you said, just sit outside of fireing range, or just circle your base.

I guess the AI is more I than we thought.  I think it is mocking you >:D

it was silly to mock me, i steamrolled it. bring order to chaos is a lovely ability indeed.
