AI regenetare resources without moons

Hi folks,

there must be a bug: I buit a map without recouces and played it. The enemy seems to be able to build more and more ships, while I am restricted to the recources I've got at the beginning.
Is it planed, or a setting I can change?

ai gets resources, because there is no ai capable of efectively managing resources and combat, play with people mate.... there are some settings for resources , before you launch your game , check it

Thank you for the response. I would like to join multiplayer games. But this tunngle website does not exist any more. Is there an alternative?
