another borg bug?

is it just me or does any of the borg hybrid facilities not produce anything at all, and have no 'research other races tech' option?



what am I missing, I'm sure I built at least one of everything and clicked all upgrades to make sure

when I play dominion, I can build a hybrid plant and get 2 of the heaviest ships out pretty quickly, so this leaves borg at a small disadvantage with getting the heavy hybrid classes out early.. or is this how its supposed to be?

The Borg mixed-tech facility only allows new modules for the Adaptor Class. Other than that, it is a repair yard (the only mixed-tech yard that can repair ships).
