Borg OOS

I have noticed this problem whenever I try to play the Borg Hard AI over the internet. Whenever even 1 Borg AI is present it goes OOS right away. And when Im saying right away I mean it, seconds into the game it shows that sign OOS.

With the other races I do not have any problems

Shouldn't be required / working with the Patch 3.01

First I installed the OOS update (b4 patch 1 came out) and later I installed patch 1. Didnt do anything else.
