Borg - perfect logistic

Hey,

I noticed while playing the borg, that when I explore perfect logistics I can only upgrade 4 resourse assimilators with perfect logistics. I dont know if this is intended but I couldnt find anything about it.

p.s. how much do they produce anyways?

I haven't figured that out either.  I didn't notice a difference between rates after upgrading the maximum 4 of them, so it doesn't appear to be much.  Or it doesn't stack with the Recycling building.

yep you may only upgrade 4 freighters and they stack with the Recycling complex
