breen energy outpost

the breen energy outpost hs no life support systems. i don't know if this is a bug , but i think it makes no sense. also:shouldn't everyone who manages to conquer a breen shipyard able to build breen ships? currently only reens can build them.

Yeah the energy post life support is a glitch. As for the shipyard, the Breen are being added as an NPC race and they're sticking with the rules that only the same race can build from the same yards unless you capture their constructor or whatnot.

yes, this has been reported already. the npc races were just forgotten in the last few patches as we were concentrating on the playable races. this all will be fixed with the next patch(es)
