I was playing as Dominion and I had built a ketracel synthesizer at my base (down left starting position). You can imagine how surprised I was when I found out that I can't mine supplies from there after I have invested in expensive facility and had almost none supply.
Later I checked the map using the map editor and for some reason the moons are set in really weird way, and it was impossible to mine any supply from those two moons. Other moons were fine in that map, the problems were only in the moons near my starting position.
