Basically playing a game.
Me (Federation) allied with Hard Dominion, VS Hard Romulans and Hard Klingons.
Half way through the game, roughly and the mouse stops clicking, as in the game. It worked fine the menu, but wouldn't clik anything, as odd as it sounds.
Is this a known bug?

Yeah, this has popped up a few times before for many players (myself included). I can't remember how to duplicate it, but once for me it occurred when I tried to refit multiple things at once and I clicked too fast. Another time I think I was selecting a bunch of units and tried to upgrade a Newton, which seemed to cause the issue. Usually pressing escape or typing enter fixed the issue for me

i had this issue randomly too, but that isn't enough to debug it. if someone has a way to reproduce this issue, let me know.

I had the problem several times, too. I reproduce it by playing Multiplayer as borg often. I build a Collective Uplink. Then I choose the chassis. But i click fast(like double clicking) on 2 diffrent chassis(because I have take the false chassis). For example I wanted to build a cube, by fast moving the mouse i hit the diamond next to the line between cube and diamond icon. If i hit the cube icon before the Collective Uplink changes to a diamond builder, the mouse cliking dont work. Other Players told me that the Collective Uplink looks diffrent to normal. One time it worked to click after another player destroyed the Collective Uplink.

i know that when that happens you can fix it by clicking on of the numbers on your keyboard and you can click stuff again.
