cant install classic mod, nothing under "options"

so ive copied the STA2_Classic files inot a folder called "Mods", which sits in the FO file directory. However, i dont seem go get any additional buttons when i load FO and go to "options". all i get are gfx, sound and game.... what the hell am i doing wrong? i dont understand?!!

Is it giving you any kind of error or your just not seeing the Mods tab to load it?

no error. i go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Star Trek Armada II Fleet Operations" and run "fleetops.exe" then i go to "options", but dont see any kind of mod button.

i dunno if it matters, but if i try and run the "armada2.exe" file in the STA2_Classic folder, it starts but then crashes to desktop

Move it from Mods\STA2 Classic to Data\Mods\STA2 Classic.

The "mods" folder should be moved to Fleet Operations' "data" folder

edit: cabal was faster

Don't worry about it. The other day I was trying to figure out why my AI would't do anything, then I realized I put it in the wrong folder. It happens to everyone.
