Three issues here:

1) In pre-game (just before clicking launch) and in game the chat window only allows a limited number of characters, is there any way to increase this?

2) Backspace can't be held down to delete lots of text, you have to repeatedly tap it.

3) In pre-game the chat area will do the following: if you alt+tab out of fo to type in tunngle or something, when you re-enter fo the chat area has scrolled all the way back to the top and the scroll box no longer functions, one has to drag select all the text to get to the bottom again.

Also a fourth: you cannot type in quite a few characters - such as on an English QWERTY, you cannot hit shift plus "=" to get a "+", yet you can make a question mark and an asterisk for example.

None of these things are really a bug it just due to the fact that the typing interface of this game is really quite limited. Since this is really a feature request thread it should prolly be moved.

Since we are making a request i would like to see some kind of string that would control where the message is sent instead of using the cumbersome communication box.

For instance i am playing a team game with Stardust and I on one team and Boggz and Serenity on the other.

So if i want to talk to everyone i would simply press return as usual and type out my message and hit enter again. But if i wanted to discuss team strategy with Stardust i would type something like @team: and the my message. And if i wanted ask boggz a question about hamsters then i could type something like @boggz:

Anyway the team chat one would be the most useful and the last would could be kind of optional. It can be hard to remember what you left the chat box set too. so it would be nice if something could be implemented to work on the chat.
