I know there have been some posts about this, and I searched through them.  I cannot find any that give a definative fix to it.  Someone figuring it out would be a good help.  No firewall on, nothing, not anti-virus, just base to run the computer.

Your externally know IP address differs from your local IP address(es).  This may prevent people from seeing the games you create and cause difficulty in joining games.

Can someone please figure this out.

Yup, that's usually caused by your router. You'll need to correctly forward ports to play on Gamespy with that.

If you want a group to play with (or a better method to play) I'd recommend Tunngle though :). Far less problems than Gamespy, and less lag.  ^-^

I have the same problem.    I can join some GS games, but I can't host any. :whistling:
