Explosion Bug/Crash

There's been a particular crash that has been plaguing me for almost a year now. After intensive study with megadroid, we've narrowed it down to being caused by explosion effects. It seems very random in nature initially, the most common times it happens is when you exit the program and when a unit is destroyed. Since this only seems to be effecting my mod and not FO, I'm not sure if this is a bug or just something I did wrong. Regardless, I felt I should seek help instead of wandering in circles and maybe reveal an FO bug in the process. Crash logs have been attached.

are these rumbleexplosions? there was an issue with them in 3.1.3, haven't seen such crashes as in your crash reports though. i'll have a look at them later and try to figure out whats going on

These explosions do use the rumbleexplode classlabel. I've deleted things such as rumblearea and the shaking camera commands as those did cause crashes in 3.1.3 though. This particular crash has been around for me since 3.0.8 I think though, so I'm not sure if it's a bug or I messed up in an odf somewhere. Knowing me I probably have a tiny spelling mistake somewhere  :sweatdrop:

ok, i have looked into these bug reports but have no real clue. *could* be some kind of odf error/typo.
if you could provide me with odfs or a test version that shows these crashes, i might be able to help you.

Sure thing. Here's the main mod: Sigma 1.5

and the patch: Sigma 1.5.2

The in game explosion crash seems to happen when vs an AI VRA player, though the other day it happened when we tested it out with other races. The crash on exit happens no matter what after a few ships have exploded.

After porting to 3.1.4 I've run into this crash still, it seems to show up even more now... sometimes only after just a handful of ships have been destroyed. Judging by the crash logs it's not a specific ship that causes it. Could it maybe be sprite entries or something of that nature?
