Ferengi engine disabler bug.

The impact effect and projectile model seem to stay on the area hit, sometimes just the projectile model (when this happens, the pojectile model goes thru shields and stops next to the hull just sitting there for a few seconds.) Effect can sit there for a few seconds, or slowly move across the shields.

Apologies to Clintsat and Megadroid, I never pay attention to under attack messages and as result never thought of them as I tested this particular bug.

I think any vessel with an ordnance that is classlabel "launcher" does that :) . Another old A2 bug  ^-^

Scratch that, the other instances, such as Core Blast, don't have that classlabel - guess it's just a sprite thing :). Probably will be replaced once their special weapons get a makeover.

I think the "slowly moving across shields" one is actually really cool. Maybe once it's fixed it can still do that one just for the coolness (of course with Observer ship under attack messages removed so observers can have fun without distracting players.)
