I am surprised I couldn't find anything about this, so I've registered.
I installed Fleet Operations 3.1 a few moments ago. It installed fine. I'm using Windows 7 64 Bit, Nvida 295 graphics card, and various other things I'll get into if its relevant.
The game crashes every time I hit the escape key when playing.
That's all. It just crashes each time. It's quite repeatable. It's happened 5 times now.
Any thoughts?

After downloading the patch, it now will not load the game. I hit launch and the game crashes.
I can't send these bug reports because I'm not using something like outlook as my default email program.

welcome to the forums, its a shame you're having problems.
acess the text file of the log and email it another way, or post it on the forums, the devs will read it that way.

The error logs were being stored in a hidden directory (I hate that windows hides Appdata).
After finding them to post them, I actually just read them.
It appears that Fleet Operations does not get along with FRAPs (a screen shot, frame rate utility).
I haven't played more than 10 minutes, but there is no crash with ESC or on launch when FRAPs is closed.
Here is a portion of the log:

By the way, why does the game say I'm running at 800x600 and inside the game it is set at 1600x900.
I'm actually skeptical that the game is actually running at 1600x900. It doesn't look right at all.

i think the menus are locked at the lower res, but the game definitely does run at higher res. if when u disable fraps it works fine then i guess u can use fraps. fraps must just not like ur computer.

FRAPs works fine with everything else. I think Fleet Operations doesn't like FRAPs.

I know Yandonman uses fraps for his vids. Not sure what version of windows he's running.

I have had problems with fraps and FO before you just have to shut it off sometimes.

Camstudio works fine for me... I don't use fraps because I can't buy stuff online.
