Fleet Ops Doesnt Run

a good question. i think that was related to the bumpy programming i did with the 2.0 fleetops.exe that was made with nsis script. In v3 Fleet Operations has got a fleetops.exe made in a real programming languange so i am sure all beta problems will be gone with release of v3

because the shortcut to the the actual .exe file is wrong?

well not mine, but it can be the problem.
