Fleet Ops exe deletes itself

Howdy. I've installed Fleet Ops 3.2.7. When I go to the folder to run FleetOps I get a flash of a dialog box (and I can't tell you what the box says as it is on the screen for only a brief moment) and then the FleetOps executable is gone. Anyone have some ideas?

It’s probably your antivirus software. Check the quarantined files in your antivirus. Because Fleet Ops uses code that is similar to certain viruses, some overzealous antivirus software picks up the exe as false positive especially in the first few seconds of runtime . If your antivirus allows you to, you can create an exception for the exe file and/or the Fleet Ops folder. I actually bought a new antivirus last year because the one I had refused to give me control over false positives.

Okay, I whitelisted the files that kept getting deleted. Problem solved. But "Bridge, we have a new problem." To quote Geordi. On the FO launcher, if I go to options and make any changes, when I go to "previous menu" it crashes.
