Fleet Ops on Windows 11

After testing I've figured out how to get Fleet Ops running on Windows 11 for people who get the "The application was unable to start correctly" error.

The solution is to buy the GOG version of Armada II at GOG.com for $10, extract the Armada2.exe file from that, and copy it to the \Data folder of your Fleet Ops installation (overwriting the 275kb Armada2.exe that came with Fleet Ops).

I can confirm this. I solved it like this myself, I just didn't know it was a widespread issue

Oh mine works just forgot how. This helps as ive gotba version that doesntbwork so i can now fix it
