FO 3.0.0: error in special weapons disabling random systems.

Hi,
when some of my ships got hit by vorcha special torpedos (i think it was that weapon) the efect doesn't seem to completly dissappear after time-off. When one of systems becomes disabled, and later becomes active again, the control of that system is blinking, hovever the ship suffers no effects of that system being off-line. but this ship is not listening to orders given to fleet, only reacts when given orders directly to it. the effect cannot be cured or repaired.

same thing happened to my norexans when hit with breen or sov weapons that disable the system through the shields.

that seems to be a problem with sub-system-disabling weapons in generla. under rare circumstances the effects do not vanish. We are currently tracking this bug and hope to fix it asap
