FO crashes

ok it may just b me but it seems that any program that connects to the net effects FO on tunngle even in a network. Its not a problem really just really irritating anyone encountered the same problem or knows of a solution.
Any advice would be usfull ,thanks in advance
HA now it seems i have to reinstall 3.1.2 every time i want to play ?? any suggestions,ive tried everything i can think of

not the ingame effects, it just doesnt let me load multiplayer up until ive reinstalled 3.1.2
