Graphic Settings screen error in 3.0.3

So, I downloaded the 3.0.3 patch today and installed it.  I didn't even know 3.0.2 was out but I read the patch notes saying it could be installed w/o it.  I opened the game and hit instant action.  The game started at some God-awful resloution.....maybe 400x300 x16....something like that.  So I hit escape, go to graphic settings, and now I'm presented w/ a 2 panel screen....left has my graphics card (ATI Radeon 9600 Pro), and resolution options...and then the right which has 4 buttons that just say "Enabled" and if I click them disabled....not what their function is or anything. 

I clicked the drop down resolution option and it gives me a list of options from 320x200 x 16 to 720x480 x16.  I can see the menu goes down further, and using the scroll wheel on my mouse I can see what the other options are but I can't select them.  So the max resolution I can play the game at, currently, is 720x480 x16.  I searched on the forum and it seems no one else is having this problem...or at least its not reported.  It works fine on my brothers computer. 

Also, I looked through any init/cfg file I could find to see if I could manually set my resolution but I found none with graphic settings.  Is there one I can change for the time being?

possibly uninstall/install might work...

Tried it....nadda.  3.0.1 works great minus known bugs.  But as soon as I get 3.0.3 installed thats when I have the problem.

Ive got the same problem... and i'd advice everyone not to try changing their resolution or other graphic stuff until thats fixed.

Appearantly its no problem as long as you dont try to change anything so reinstalling and making all settings in 3.0 does fix it (not the bug itself but the resolution thing)

this is only in the graphics settings screen? or are the descriptions missing somewhere else, too?

yes only there, sound and gameplay looks fine...

if you need additional information to verify this bug...write me a pm or mail

the graphic setting screen looks like the other two menus except missing descriptions

i mean it looks like you can choose resolution setting by clicking on the button like changing sound channels in the sound menu.

I have nvidia card and im getting this bug aswell so its not an ATI only problem.
