Is FO MP3 compatible?

Hey, I was wondering if it is possible that I could use an MP3 format sound for a weapon. Because for some reason my sound converter screwed up my first 3 tries of converting it to a WAV format (stupid subscription expiration dates).

Well, if anyone can crack this thing into a working WAV file... just get the attachment... I can really use this for a weapon of one of my upcoming releases...

an mp3 cannot be used with armada 2. i have been working on an implementation, but so far without success, as this is very complicated without the source code at hand.
wav files are the way to go for you :)

There're freeware decoders like sand on a beach. Just one example: Top-Downloads in Audio Encoder & Decoder, wie Audio MP3 WAV WMA Converter, Free iPod Video Converter oder Free RM to MP3 Converter @ NETZWELT.de  Coose your favourite! (oops German, sorry, but there are plenty of other sites like this).
