K't'inga cloak

I was playing as klingons and I made some k't'ingas from mining ships. There is some probelm with their cloak. There is a cloak button in k't'inga, but I doesn't cloak. And the k't'inga doesn't have any special energy.

i think it would fix that problem

Whoops, I tought that I had that installed... 
That fixed it.
