See entry in AppDB: http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=22142.

  • bug 23244 doesn't occur!
  • (background) sound is smooth!
  • starts faster!

But I had to bypass the new loader, because the app quits immediatly, and winedbg says that file '' was not found.

What should be done with the loader problem? Will you improve the loader, or should a bug entry be filled in Wine's bugzilla? Or both?  :D

Is it possible to create a (reduced) free, legal, distributable version of FO as a "demo" version, so that the Wine people can test the software faster and better? Can this be done with the Armada2 demo + FO-installation? Haven't tried it yet.

fleetops is always free. but if u are asking for a demo that doesnt require an armada 2 disc. no thats probably something that isnt gonna happen, cos it would open a massive can of legal razor toothed gree worms, they bite.

as for installing fleetops onto the demo, that would be a very grey area. as long as the armada 2 exe is the same file as the demo exe i dont see why you couldnt fool the fleetops installer into thinking you have a valid install. but that would also open the dreaded can of gree worms.
