Map Editor Notice Window

When I resize the map, it has the notice open in a new window. The Problem with XP is that the Alt-Tab is disabled ingame. So I have to open the task manager, and then tell the notice window that I want to resize it.

If it is not too much to ask, could you have the pop-up maybe made to just pop-up ingame? Not to where it is a whole diff window? It is not necessary, just it would be a wee bit less annoying.

the upcoming version shouldn't have that issue.

When was Alt+Tab disabled? It works fine for me, along with the small 'Windows' button that opens ther start menu.
