Mining Ships stop working & Borg issue

Two bugs crossed my way:

- Mining ships just stopped working after some time. no clue why (borg).
- Captured a tavara with borg. Was able to give it veteran status.

the tavara every time i capture one, has officer rank. the ai seems to build the wrong level-odf.

Just because every Tavara is at an officer rank whenever you take one doesn't mean it builds the wrong odf. Ships have a habit of ranking up after killing enough ships, something a Tavara is quite capable of.

Actually, I think the AI occasionally does build officer rank vessels for some reason. Not sure if it is specific ones or not, but I've captured officer rank vessels 1v1... and I hadn't lost a single vessel up to that point

They should have a code saying...
