mixed tech sang class bug

the mixed tech Sang class should have the fine resolution targeting which it doesn't...

Hm works fine for me. how did you encounter that issue? and details?

//ah i see the problem: the high resolution target is only ment to be applied to the extra torpedo. i will adjust the tooltip to make that clear
