Multiplayer won't let me select the 9th race

I have 9 total factions in my mod. I was doing a little experiment over LAN to see two computers player my mod. I saw that I can't pick to be the 9th faction, it simply doesn't allow it. Is there something I'm missing that I forgot to change ?

In Multiplayer, you cannot select a race higher than the 8th. Hard coded limitation. (one reason I stuck to 8 races for KA2 EAW)
