new to game need help with mouse over

Just got fleet ops, remember playing this game along time ago and wanted to play again. However, I'm having problems with mouse over text in the command bar it doesn't show me any information mostly need to know what I am building is and not having this information makes the game very hard to play

Nevermind i figured it out i toggled help off in Armada 2 classic mod which i did not realize turns the descriptive text off. Its all good now and everything is working fine. Thank you for your swift response sorry I'm such a noob
