Passives Question

So I am curious to know if a pair of passives with vulnerabilities will stack on each other?

  Specifically, allow me to make an example: 

The Galaxy and Norexan are medium range vessels with Tactical Weapon Arrays.  They do more damage to long range vessels and take more from short.

The K'vort is a Short range vessel with (Dom's Guide is giving me loading problems) a passive that Increases damage to medium range vessels.

 

  So if a Kvort attacks a Galaxy or a Norexan, do both passives end up increasing the damage received by the battleships?  Not that it's a problem; just curious.

In that particular example,I'd imagine both would add up.

They stack up as far as I can tell . Yeah, supposedly the guide is even giving problems to Zebh... although I have no trouble with it right now

Phew ... another reason why those Kvorts are kicking so much ass.  They have no vulnerability in their passive besides fragile subsystems.
