Phantom ships bug/SFC error

Has any body experianced this problem. While playing a  Instant action Game  aginst the Ai  on a custom map (Na leri Expidition ) Me as Dominiom  with the Breen Avitar aginst the Ai normal  Federation I captured  SFC just as  it warped in 3 Excelsiors.  I cleared out all the
( Repaired /recrewed) captured ships and  decomissioned  thease stations SFC  and Starbase and mining  Facility.The ships  (Canaverals )showed up on the main screen  however not on the  mini map . However I was unable to  click on the ships to board them. nor did any ship info show up when I hoveredover them with the cursor. Any body else had this problem?  Had the latest update 3.0.7 so I think It  might be a bug. Note post has been edited to reflect the correct  ships in question.

Canaverals? I'm assuming it is a mod, because you cannot Warp them in...

Was a warp in ship  Dont remember exactly  which one it  was over a week ago . (Phone /internet was out for a week) Checked And it was  3 Excelsiors that  the ships in question.

yes, this is a known problem with warp-in the latest official patch. this has already been fixed for the upcoming version.
