Rare Resistance is Futile Bug

Every once in a while, after you have already purchased Resistance is Futile, if you upgrade the Energy Nodes, you can purchase Resistance is Futile again. I haven't been able to replicate it consistently... but I have had it happen to me on numerous occasions.
