[font=Courier]Question?? Why I cannot use the Tavara Class's special weapon "Rei'karansu Covert-Ops Team" all the time?? I can only use it on ships that have had damage to them.. Or when they have used there special weapon already... Is this design or?? Or a glitche?? [/font]
