Sabotage on Borg ships

Sabotage of the Romulan Intelligence Center has no visible effect on Borg ships (tested on collectors only yet).

Tested in multiplayer.

I thought they disabled the sabo thingy on the freighters

It's a civilian ship (non-combat.) You can't sabotage construction ships either. They should make an exception in Klingons case, cause they are armed with fazers.

Im not sure they did, but if they did its for balancing reasons. U cant expect 1 species to have free reign to simply destroy other races economy, do u?

Even though the Romulans are the kind of race you can trust to do exactly that. Speaking of spy/sabotage, wouldn't the Dominion have those abilities too?

Every race save the borg has some sort of 'intelligence' division, but imo the Romulans are best suited to it.

Yes,seeing the romulans got the best intelligince agency of all the races, not to mention their cloaking technology they are indeed the best race for sabotage and spying. Romulans FTW

Actually the Dominion are better than the Tal Shiar and Obsidian Order combined.

The Dominion caused a war between several races (even the Federation & Klingons), which the Romulan tried and failed several times. The Dominion knew a lot about the Alpha/Beta quadrent's before even moving their forces in, the Romulans only knew what little Starfleet knew. The Dominion infiltrated and destroyed the Tal Shiar, even taking the Obsidian order with them. The only ones with any degree of success against the Dominion is Section 31 and their virus.

Going by the show, the Romulan and Cardassian intelligence services are nothing compared to the Dominion.

Sec. 31 all the way!  They laugh at all of those so-called "intel-agencies" and infiltrate them! They even managed to get a disease into the Founder homeworld by sneaking it through Odo! Ex. See Fed. Diplomat vessel in Feature requests.

Agreed, no one knew of there existence unitl they contacted Dr. Bashir in an attempt to recruit them. They don't even have a headquarters like the Tal Shiar and Obsidian Order.
