Star Trek Armada 2 installation

Need help with the game installation,
I installed Star Trek Armada II Fleet Operations ,
Created a mods folder in the locaation C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Star Trek Armada II Fleet Operations\Data\mods

Inside the mods folder is unzipped the STA2 Classic

The game starts normal but when I try to run a mission, it asks for a CD.

The game still requires your CD to play.
