Startup crash (Eaccess error)

When i boot up Fleet operations 3, i get this error



(Just a note that i run on Windows vista premium 32 bit.)

I never got this error with FO 2 but i get it with 3 and 3.0.1.

Weird, the report says you're running XP.

Nevertheless, i had issues with starting up the game after i patched it to 3.0.1.

As many other folks, i used to use a no-cd crack to prevent having my disc in the drive whenever i want to play. However, i had to find out, that after installing 3.0.1. none of the cracks i've found works anymore.

If you used a no-cd too, try reinstalling the game, then patch it and run with the disc in drive, works for me.

If you did not crack, then look around in the forums here, there are several topics talking about similar issues, maybe you can find a solution... the dev's are working on it too, if my info is correct...
