Strange borg AI with Dom ally + Scroll causing crash

Just noticed something strange. Played on nirvana II - Dom with borg ally
Borg built very few ships. Instead ended up sending dilithium collectors into enemy bases, while keeping the few spheres and assimilators at home.

Also, when scrolling across using the mouse at the extreme end of the screen to move the view, saw the game getting choppy. Clicking on the map to move to a specific scene on the map caused the game to get choppy.
Eventually scrolled across and the game shut down. After 1 battle engaging feds and roms with 5 dom battleships, and a few breen battleships. Fed+Rom fleet wiped out. Crashed a few minutes later after scrolling across from one side of my base to the other (from moon to wormhole)

Anyone else found scrolling or map view jumps via clicking on the minimap causing crashes or stoppages or even a flutter in the game?

If I click on the minimap in order to move somewhere I had not been b4, it does stop the game for a while. It never crashed though and scrolling was never a problem.

My last couple crashes both happened when I was scrolling. One earlier while drag-scrolling the mini-map, and then just now while keyboard scrolling. Scrolling seems to be the only conceivable (by me) connection.

I can't seem to attach the logs, so I'm emailing them.
