Supply Buy Bug

Hi,

have this testet on all Races that have buy supply.(all except Borg IMHO)
If you set BuildCosts to 5.00 and buy supply from your starbase you dont get the expectet
250 supply - but 1250 supply, 5 times the 250
A bug that dramatical renders borg useless (he collect the normal ammount with incubations
centers) and give the dominion a bad drawback.(can collect supplys over mining)
As with all other races that MUSST buy here supplys - he get now much more than expectet
and balanced ...
