indeed i just went throught the .odfs and there in an error in Rank 5...

I don't have a problem with that; Maybe they reached the ships limit and had to sacrifice defence for offense?

ships limit ?   nice idea but the limit is 207 defensive value on veteran rank
and the +7 offensive value after reaching rank 5 are the 40% of the offensive upgrade ( 40% of 20 = 8 )
so i think it must be something around 127 / 128 defensive value on rank 4
