Typo or Bug?

Today i noticed that rom mixed-tech defiants apparently gain 2x torpedo launchers when rank 4 and gain nothing when rank 5, however i dont know if this is a bug or tooltip error...

Also I just wanted to point out, if its not already known about, when special weapons that change the odf fles of a ship are used, then damaged systems come back online. If this can be fixed it could always be made into its own special ability for a federation ship, called system restore or something, so its not as vulnerable to system disabling weapons. It should be usable on allied ships too, so its not useless when its own weapons are disabled

The Defiant does never get a new tooltip on Officer Rank 2, as the quantums just get more powerful

Ok thanks, i was just confused because i thought it was meant to get one then two, and there's no telling what happens from the tooltip
