Using collision crash fleet ops

Although it doesnt happen every time I have noticed that if I, as the dominion, use to much of the attack fighter ramming the game crashes and sends me back to the desktop with a bug report.

First time poster, short time lurker

I get this EVERY time I kill (not hurt, but deal the death blow) an assimilater using collision. Haven't tried it with others. No log right now due to new crash I'm about to post.
