Anyone have any experience with this security suite, i recently installed it to replace kaspersky as im tired of that because its such a memory hog but when zone alarm is on i cant see everyone on tunngle, iv tried everything i can think of iv added it to super trusted in the application control and firewall, iv tried adding trusted zones but zone alarm is having none of it i even disabled the fire wall the anti virus and web security and still couldn't see everyone only a select few were visible and the rest could only be seen after i exited the program completely.

Well there's a small chance that reinstalling tunngle would help, as this removes the virtual adaptor and Zone Alarm might squawk at you when you reinstall it and give you a chance to open up security...

Otherwise I don't know.  I use AVG and Spybot S&D, as these seem to be the least jealous of the antivirus programs, but even they get picky sometimes.

Zone Alarm is realy bad.
As FW and as AV. Don't use it.

And don't use Security Suits. They are made by AV-makers or FW-makers. Mostly they just can do their own thing but are realy bad at the other ;).

If you are willig to pay money, use Comodo Firewall. It is more complicated then Zone Alarm, but way better. Don't install the version with AV and use some other AV software. Kapersky is not that bad. It may use some recources, but it is a good programm. The programm with the fewest impact on the system is eset Nod32. It lacks a bit at rootkitdetection and a litte bit at finding unknown threats. But it is still one of the best. And it is cheap. But don't get the Suite with the Firewall. Not a good  one compared to comodo.

And another thing. Kaspersky has one of the better firewalls ;).

But Comodo is still the best, even with the new test.

That tests are only for firewall. Didn't find something like that for AVs

It is possible too, that kaspersky has problems with unistalling. Zonealarm has and sometimes it is just possible to get rid of it with an complete new windows.
Maybe check your registry with something like ccleaner.

I used ZoneAlarm years ago and it caused more problems than it was supposed to stop. I used to use Trend Micro that was really good up until 2010 after which it has gone down hill hard. Atm I only run the stock Windows ones and have a restore point/backup of my system ready to load. I am considering AGV as I have heard good things about it, and it's free as stated above.

But year ZoneAlarm, McAfee, Norton and a number of others are junk, you're better off with the base Windows suite than using them.
