Open BMP in Paint. Save as JPG.

I tried that before and many of the pictures have lost quality after (Vista I think is causing it or a Vista Update) but I've found it best to leave them to be on the safe side so I've let the saves stay random BMP one moment, JPG the next. Sometimes things save alright though but most of the time the JPG images are in better quality.

I like to come up with some suggestions and brain storm ideas on how to fix the "Ferengi Problem" in my Star Trek Armada II game because now that I know what the cause is to "All" the crashing problems, I'm anxious to get them fixed.

I have one idea, but in the end it will be a waste of a race because the Ferengi are to be "Non-Playable" but that idea involves the Ferengi Scavengers mod on Armada2Files.

It really doesn't matter about the quality, as screenshots don't help that much anyway. You could also save in PNG, as it is lossless and no quality will be lost. It just means that the file size is so much smaller for you to upload and us to download.

I'll try, but I've been trying to use what works best on my laptop and some built in programs haven't had the best turn outs so far.

The last reported problem has been fixed, it too seems it involved the Ferengi and the Cardassian Trading Station, but earlier today, a Cardassian ship right after the Tutorial told me to build it, the game crashed, the ship was the Janis-class I believe or something close to it. A bugreport will be posted in an edit if this happens again though, right now I don't have that or a screenshot, sorry.
