Yeah, that has to do with the @refrence thing. It refers to the size of the texture. Some of the textures might be 64 x 64, 128 x 128, 256 x 256.
You will have to check this either by looking in the instructions, the included refrences, or by opening the texture file, but i would recommend checking the first two before opening the files.
EDIT:
I can tell you that the Javelin should be @reference=64, the rest with instructions appear that they should be under
@reference=128
@tmaterial=interface
