Well, it's part of a much larger game including a full Cardassian race and changes to nearly all the ODF's. I've been pulling models from everywhere, which might make releasing the whole thing tricky.
When I get some time this weekend, I'll take just the refit stuff and make a seperate mod of it. To stick with the stock Fleet Ops models, how about making the Galaxy refit to a Sovereign?
