Yep all are naussicans and the last picture isn't a face that was used in the game Birth of the federation.

as i've already said

and after seeing the pics i stand corrected on the green colour was only going on what i'd seen in EF2 anyway

Most nausicans are green or have a greenish tint to there skin, not to mention that special effects and races change throughout shows, look at the trill from tng and ds9.

The trill are prety diferent then they where in TNG.
