Galaxy-X Class (FO 3.1.5)

A Galaxy-X Class Command Cruiser for Fleet Operations, complete with a Magnan Phaser Cannon. As it is equipt with the Magnan Phaser like the Phalanx, is it a Risner-exclusive avatar unit with a build limit of 4.

I do not seem to have done a version of this for 3.1.5.

Due to the size of the textures, they will be seperate (4MB of Galaxy textures, 9MB of FO interface textures).

I remember a concept art "hot pursuit" where a galaxy-class refit was evading into the atmosphere of a planet, fighting off a borg cube with burning nacelles.

THIS would be more... nice. This would be the perfect vet-galaxy, I think. Gal-X is somewhat... dont know, dont like its concept. But your wourk is still cool. Thx. :-)

nice work, but i dont like the design. also why is it buildable, in the show it was a refit of normal galaxies. so it should come in warpin.

I put it as buildable because it's just as easy to build a straight refit or varient as it is a base-line ship. Also, the Galaxy-X from the show was (as people like pointing out) from an alternate timeline. If it was designed in another timeline from that one, there's nothing to say they couldn't adapt it into a subclass of its own.

Plus, I put everything in Warp-In...

Does your Galaxy-X have Glows? I'll download and use it if it has Glows.

It would be nice if someone added glows. I think any ship added to FO should have glows, anything less kinda takes away from all the other ships and stations with glows.

It would be nice if someone added glows. I think any ship added to FO should have glows, anything less kinda takes away from all the other ships and stations with glows.

I do not have a program to add glows with, so I cannot add them. If you download them, Zaxxon could probably help; he knows how to do it.

Personally, I don't like the glows as much as others. They look awkward and weird from the wrong angle.

Your not the first person I know of who doesn't like glows...it's a personal preference.
Don't feel bad about not being able to add glows, niether can I. But your models are still top of the line. Keep up the good work.
